The Lorne Park Watercolours residents' Association is celebrating its 6th anniversary - and what an amazing 6 years it has been! We have changed school boundaries, cleaned up our pond, prevented hydro poles from going up along our berm, participated in the movement to prevent power plants in our area and much more. During all this, we have also come together for many fun social events.
We encourage you to come out and join us at our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, October 26th at St. Luke School. The meeting will take place at 7:30 pm in the library.
At the meeting, you will be able to:
- receive updates with respect to community events and news.
- add your voice and participate in the direction of our community.
- be informed of homeowner issues and benefits.
- vote in the election of executive members.
This year the following positions are up for election:
- President: 2 year term currently held by Alex Ragozzino
- Treasurer: 2 year term currently held by Carolyn Simpson
- Member-at-Large: 2 year term currently held by Greg Hope
- Secretary: 1 year term currently held by Tricia Leone
If you are interested in running for any of the above positions, please
Remember, in order to vote for executive or on neighbourhood issues, your membership must be up to date.
